The Annual General Body meeting of society North Indian Sugarcane and Sugar Technologist’s Association (NISSTA) will be held on 24th June 2025 at 12:00 noon in the office of society 4 AB Dilipur Towers, 6 Sapru Marg Lucknow. The following items will be considered:- 1- Welcome and admit the respected members to the society and confirm proceedings of last AGM. 2- To consider the report of the secretary. 3- To consider the Balance Sheet, audit of accounts and remuneration of auditor for FY 2025-26 and further. 4- To consider on the legal action as required to be taken under By-Laws, rules & acts of society. 5- Declaration of election results. 6- Any other item with the permission of the chair. The North Indian Sugarcane and Sugar Technologists Association (NISSTA) society has resolved to get the new board of governors elected by its resolution number 2 dated 07-05-2025. The society has resolved after considering all the necessary requirements that Mr. Sher Bahadur , retired Deputy Cane commissioner UP Government listed on serial number 126 in the list of members is appointed as the election officer to conduct entire proceeding independently. It will be totally transparent at every step for members. All the necessary help will be provided to him by secretary of society NISSTA. Order of the election officer will be final and its compliance will have to be obeyed by the secretary. PresidentNISSTA

NISSTA governing board has taken steps for normal functioning as per its resolution dated 07-05-2025.
