Since inception, association has conducted 9 seminars and 3 annual conventions on different topics at different places.

3rd convention was conducted as Asian Conclave Of Sugar Millers -vision 2022 on 24-25 may 2018 at Chandigarh in premises of National Institute of Technical Teacher Training & Research, sec 26, Chandigarh (Haryana).

The event was organized in Association with ICAR-Indian Institute Of Sugarcane Research, . Lucknow, ICAR-Sugarcane Breeding Institute, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu and National Federation of Cooperative sugar factories New Delhi. Besides, Punjab Agriculture University Ludhiana and Charan Singh Agriculture University, Hisar, Haryana where intellectual partners and All India Association Industry Bombay where our industrial Association.

This year Association is conducting 4th annual convention in association with National Sugar Institute, Kalyanpur, Kanpur, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Govt of India at Kanpur. Theme of the convention is “Major challenges for India sugar industry”.

High light of the programme will be Prof. R.C. Shrivastava, founder Director of then Imperial Institute of Sugar Technology, Kanpur (now National Sugar lnstitute, Kanpur) memorial lecture by Prof. Ross Broad Foot, Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia, Besides other key speakers Mr. A.P. keerthipala, executive Director, Sugarcane Research Institute Sri Lanka & Mr. Ahmad Vawda, Executive Director, United Sugar Company Saudi Arabia.
